This Privacy Policy explains what information Northern Arizona Referral Network collects and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

From businesses: the details you submit on the sign-up form (business name, contact name, email, phone, description, referral terms). From visitors: basic, non-identifying analytics such as which listings are clicked, along with any information you voluntarily provide through a lead or inquiry form.

2. How we use it

We use business information to list and communicate with partners and to reconcile referral fees. We use click and lead data to attribute referrals and improve the directory. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Sharing

When you submit a lead or inquiry to a specific business, we share that information with that business so they can serve you. We may use service providers (for hosting, forms, and analytics) who process data on our behalf.

4. Cookies & tracking

We use lightweight tracking to attribute referrals (for example, recording which listing you clicked). You can control cookies through your browser settings.
